roomate requests in suit style dorms

Postby Cylf on Sun Mar 16, 2008 12:34 am

I was surfing facebook and i saw someone asking about how in suite-style dorms you could only request one roommate when they had a complete suite they wanted to dorm with. I remember hearing somehow you can request multiple roommates like to fill up an entire sweet with specific people but I can't remember who said it or where to go; so can anyone let me know?

Suite style living is $350 more than the standard style residence halls per term. Race Street Hall is the freshman honors residence hall that only students in the honors college can apply to be placed into. Van Rensselear is another suite stlye building that may be open to freshmen. Only freshmen who apply quickly will get accepted into the building due to the fact that it is not only freshmen, there are some upperclassmen. Also, you should be able to request more than one person to live with per suite. If you do have the honors option available to you, once they put Race Street on your housing application, you will be able to request other suitemates. Hope that helps some!
