Orientation

Postby Drxldragon20 on Wed Jun 25, 2008 1:07 pm

Hey ahmad.namous,

Orientations are based on what college you're accepted into. There are different orientations for engineering, business, etc. There are also generally two or three different dates for each college, so you'll be able to pick which date suits you best.

There are no placement tests at orientation, those take place online. You also do not need to worry about picking classes for your first term, your advisor will set you up with a schedule for your first term and then you will learn how to use Drexel's online system to make your own schedules after that.

For more orientation information, go to http://www.drexel.edu/studentlife/NSO/default.htm

Hope that helps!

If you are considering taken foreign languages, you must take that test at orientation. They have a listening section that when I went to orientation I was unaware of. Definately check that out of you are considering other languages while at orientation. If you do happen to miss it though, you can take it when you get here!
