Postby rockandroll777 on Wed Dec 12, 2007 6:33 pm

Post whats new in the world of whatever instument you play or the music you like, I play the Guitar (I own three electrics). My favorite is my solid white Ibanez RG350DX. I have a Vox Amplification ADV50W (or something along those letters and numbers) 50 watt gig amp that can blow a bullet out the wrong end of a gun and has 9 presets, and 12 effects. what do you play?

P.S. I like all kinds of rock and metal and some old school rap, what do you like?

I play bass guitar in my local band. I have a pretty sucky guitar at the moment but I'll get a new one soon.

Bartione here, nothing special, did concer band and Marching Band. This year we're going to Disney to march in Spring. It's just a shame our Band director was lazy or we would of had better shows, you know how it is, his favorites leave he stops caring.

I plan on being in Pep-Band and Concert Band.

That's a very nice set. I wanted to get the RG550XX Reissue, but I didn't have the money and my parents wouldn't let me finance it.

Musicain supplies

Postby rockandroll777 on Wed Dec 19, 2007 9:59 pm

If any one needs to know where there is a music store, let me know the name of the particular chain store you are looking for, I'll let you know where to find one near campus. I personally go to George's music in Feasterville, PA. it's about 20mins from drexel but you can't beat the service there. There are a few Guitar centers but I only know where one of them is.

pretty nice guitar. Know of anywhere I can get a set of 7 strings? My strings are getting old and need to be replaced.

I play guitar (I have 8 electrics and 2 acoustics, nicest are a PRS SE Custom and a 1978 Peavey T-27 Special), bass (just have a crap Ibanez SDGR at the moment... bleh) and a bit of drums. Not really in a band at the moment, but I'm working on some solo material right now, and hoping to get a punk/prog/hard rock/glam/metal band together once school starts... oh yeah btw I'm majoring in music industry... represent :P

This is cool i thought they'd have accepted more people into the music industry program by now though, i even applied early action but they lost my transcript so i just found out. I play lead and rhythm guitar in a kinda classic rock/alternative/jazz/blues/whatever we feel like band with the two absolute best young guitarists i've ever come into contact with and this kid who plays piano like he was born knowing how. Greattt band i might record us doin a little somethin for my senior practicum. Anybody else get those sweet dorms for the honors college?
