The Future Dragons Message Board offers two different types of discussion areas:
* Moderated – The Questions and Answers forum is moderated by an admission counselor so that you can have your questions about the enrollment process answered.
* Unmoderated – The other forums are unmoderated areas where you can meet other accepted students.
Code of Conduct for the Future Dragons Message Board
You will be held accountable for all University policies outlined in the Student Handbook. Specifically, please review the Acceptable Use Policy regarding the use of computer accounts, email services, and network resources.
* Be courteous.
We encourage lively discussions from different viewpoints that respect each person's position on issues and opinions. Personal attacks will not be tolerated.
* Watch your language.
Mentions of illegal activities and foul or distasteful language will not be tolerated.
* Stay on topic.
Messages of inconsequential or non-substantive content should not be posted. This includes messages devoted solely to humor, jokes, or light conversation that are off topic.
* Do not send attachments.
This includes images, PDFs, and Microsoft Word documents.
* Do not send spam.
Spam (advertising a product or service) or harvesting of member addresses for such purposes will not be tolerated.
* Think before you post.
If what you want to post is directed to a single individual rather than the whole list, you should contact that person directly.
* Do not misrepresent yourself.
If any person or company somehow succeeds in joining this message board under fraudulent misrepresentation, they will be immediately unsubscribed.
Violators of this code of conduct may be removed from the message board. Any allegations that these rules have been violated should be forwarded to the message board administrator. Violators will be subject to the following procedures:
* For the first violation, the message board administrator will send a warning privately to the transgressor stating the rule violated and the nature of the violation with a reminder of rules and sanctions about further transgressions. This may be followed by a reminder or announcement of the rules from the message board administrator.
* Subsequent or particularly severe violations will result in immediate removal from the message board.
