Dorm Rooms

I am going to be a Freshman next year and was wondering what is allowed in the dorm rooms, such as mini-fridges and/or microwaves.

You are allowed to have microwaves and mini-fridges in the residence hall with you. Anything with an open heating surface such as a hot-plate or toaster over would need to be kept in one of the communal kitchen areas.

Specifically, you are allowed up to 3 appliances in your individual bedroom. If you live in the traditional style residental hall (communial kitchen/ bathroom), it is like bertonedragon said. However, if you are in the suite style, you may keep appliances in your suite's kitchen area. This includes toaster ovens, coffee pots, etc.
