Billing and Financial Aid

Postby wetones04 on Wed Aug 13, 2008 9:59 pm

I just received my bill and under "Financial Aid Summary" there are two columns, Accepted and Pending. The pending amount (including grants, loans, FAFSA, and scholarships) is about 3/4 less than the accepted amount, and the pending is the one that is subtracted from the total bill. Does this have to do with only being in school for 3 quarters, or is there some other reason? Answers appreciated, or directed to where I can find out. Thanks.

Your financial aid will not be changed because you are only in classes 3 out of the 4 terms. As it gets closer to school begining, your financial aid should get approved and move from the pending row to approved. To make sure your financial aid is correct and will be ready for when classes are ready, go to http://www.drexel.edu/financialaid/location_hours.asp and there are ways to get in touch with an advisor.
